The villa is air-conditioned with a sea view, just 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from the beach, port, restaurants and centre of Cavalaire.
It is ideal for family holidays, with respect for the neighbours (no parties allowed).

Southern exposure, is secured by a gate and has two parking spaces in the private courtyard.
6 beddings, with room for 2 extra children (sofa bed x 2: 80 x 200 cm).

The swimming pool is secure and heated (28°), measuring 2.2 x 5.5 m.
Fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge/dining room with sea and pool views.
3 toilets, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms.
3 fully-equipped bedrooms with the following beds: 160 x 200 cm, 140 x 200 cm, 160 x 200 cm divisible into 2 single beds, double sofa bed: 2 x 80 x 200 cm.

June, July, August and September: minimum stay 7 nights, arrival and departure on Saturday.
May and October: minimum stay of 4 nights, arrival and departure as required.
Cleaning charge of 150 euros (including bed linen and towels).
Security deposit of 1,200 euros (cash, non-debit card, bank transfer).
