Petanque is an integral part of a holiday in the South of France… So why not come to Cavalaire with your family or friends and share the good times of a game of petanque on one of the many petanque courts in town. Choose your boulodrome :

  • Place Benjamin Gaillard, in front of the town hall
  • Rue Frédéric Mistral, behind the square “Gleizes” and behind the church car park.
  • Place du Vieux Port, towards the boat launch
  • Place du nouveau Port.

Take part in the festivities of Provence

The feast of St Pierre, the patron saint of fishermen, is simply a way of keeping traditions alive. It pays tribute to one of the oldest economic activities on our coast: fishing. Dressed in white, you can attend an open-air mass and take part in processions around town and out to sea, accompanied by Provencal folk songs and dances.

The feast of St Jean celebrates the summer solstice on 24 June. Join us around the bonfire of St Jean.

La Pastorale Maurel perpetuates Provencal traditions for Christmas festivities.
