Open access sports facilities

Two sports areas have been set up on the Promenade de la Mer so that you can practise a sporting activity in complete freedom, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with a view of the sea.
The first is on the Esplanade de Lattre de Tassigny. You’ll find 8 different training machines: elliptical, rider, stepper, duo dips, push legs, sit-up bench and much more!
The second area is at the other end of the promenade and offers other complementary equipment for flexibility or strength training.

Each piece of equipment has a QR code that gives direct access to a video produced by qualified sports coaches You’ll find essential information such as the correct posture to keep, a range of exercises, and a training plan.

Numerous other facilities

 

  • The Henry Gros and Ottavi centres: sports facilities used by the local sports department and associations for a wide range of activities: basketball, badminton, table tennis, climbing wall, weight training, gymnastics, yoga, judo,
  • 2 multi-sports grounds for football, basketball and handball: in the town centre behind the Henry Gros gymnasium and on the avenue de Frais Vallon.
  • The Collières tennis complex: 1 complex of 5 courts, 1 wall and 1 club house. There are tennis lessons during the holidays and a tennis school all year round.
  • The Skate Park: open-access area for teenagers on skateboards, scooters or BMX bikes, with springboards and ramps.
  • The town’s many free access petanque courts.
