In the evening, at Restaurant Le Parc – which extends outdoors onto a large terrace overlooking the park – savour simple, authentic southern cuisine. The chef and his team will create dishes using carefully selected ingredients and touches from across the Mediterranean, taking you on a culinary journey. Two themed evenings a week: Barbecue Night and ‘Sharing the Mediterranean’ Night, featuring comforting, must-try dishes to enjoy with family or friends.
