The American kitchen, open to the main room, is fully equipped (including Kitchenaid food processor) and its bar area allows you to share a convivial moment while preparing the meal that you can then take on the high table. The lounge area with its sofa allows you to watch television.

The terrace is south facing but protected from the sun by an electric blind and from which you can enjoy the view of the pool and the hill.

In the night area there is a bathroom with a large washbasin and a Bluetooth mirror for lounging in the bathtub to the sound of your favourite music and a separate toilet.

The corridor leads to the master bedroom (180 cm double bed) and its adjoining shower room, equipped with a flat screen TV and plenty of storage space, and then to a second bedroom (two 80 cm beds that can form a double bed) with storage space.
There is also a closed garage free of charge.
